Because 2009 was such a busy 'exhibiting' year, with 2 solos and one major group show, Lydia is currently putting the finishing touches to a lot of unfinished works whilst developing a number of portraits for some of the more popular exhibitions. She was hung in the prestigious Portia Geach last year, for the fourth time, and is planning to enter again this year.
And in between all of this she's continuing to teach small groups, once a fortnight, in her Bondi studio. There is room for one or two more students.
LEARN TO PAINT IN OILS COURSE
Lydia provides one-on-one instruction for artists at all levels and conducts a structured 'learn to paint in oils' course for people wanting to move from water colours and or acrylics.
She also provides one on one mentoring for people interested in moving from more traditional works to semi abstract or abstract ones.
